Altitude Acquisitions Managing Director Jessie Hughes believes that Education is the foundation for discovering exciting new talent that can build and drive business. ‘Education is paramount for igniting that exceptional spark within an individual who can bring an exciting dynamic to business. It is vital that individuals are developed, encouraged and praised for their achievements.’

If we consider education within London, statistics show a fundamental shift in the achievements of the working age population. BBC News education correspondent Sean Coughlan explains ‘It has been acknowledged that 60% of individuals now have a degree.’ This proves that education and progression is obtainable for those that want to acquire high level qualifications, and build a successful career. Altitude Acquisitions is always on the lookout for young driven individuals who can express new, refreshing ideas within the work place. Managing Director of Altitude Acquisitions Jessie Hughes expresses the value of young talent. ‘It is important to surround yourself with young professionals that have the passion and drive to excel within the company. The ambition to learn and stand out can bring to light exciting new concepts and perspectives which in turn gives you a better insight into the modern world.’

Variety is key for a successful and fruitful business. Everybody deserves the best possible start in life that can set the foundation for future success that begins with education. BBC News education correspondent Sean Coughlan gives reference to a senior education figure, that asked to remain anonymous ‘in terms of driving improvements, the most dynamic combination comes when you have a migrant group which is materially poor, but which places a high status on education. For these families, getting the most from education is their children’s passport to a better life.’ Education is what sets us up for the working world. It equips us with basic skills that can be developed and adapted to fit the mould of a company. There are different types of education, some skill sets you can learn by going to university while other skill sets you learn on the job.

Not only does education help develop skills and unveil underlying talent, it unites cultures and people from all walks of life. BBC News education correspondent Sean Coughlan talks about variation in London ‘In terms of the diversity of the population, it is the most global city imaginable. More than 80% of children in inner London primary schools are from ethnic minorities, more than half do not speak English as a first language.’ Schools consisting of different cultures and ethnic backgrounds will significantly broaden a child’s understanding of the world in which we live. Whether it be developing language skills or learning about religion this variation will develop a child’s mind-set.
